What is simplicity when it comes to your business? To your marriage, kids, relationships?
Simply put, it is focusing on what matters most and being present. Two questions to check in with yourself and ask are 1) Does this matter to me or someone I care about? 2) Am I fully engaged and present in this moment?
It's that simple to check in.
Beyond that quick barometer, a simple life is ironically a bit complex.
It is ever flowing, ever changing and evolving. There is no one way to live a simple life, there is not a prescriptive answer to what it should look like.
A simple life is more about how it feels than how it looks.
To me, the simple life is a life filled with gratitude. It is a life of ebbing and flowing and trusting.
The simple life is focused on small everyday moments and their momentous impact over time.
The simple life can be filled with luxury, if you desire that. It can be filled with space, if you desire that.
Here are the components that will be present for you to successfully enjoy a simple life:
